John Chand Personal Estate Agent launched in May 2026. We are a new business but with 25 years estate agency experience. If you’ve visited this page and noticed we don’t have a long list of current listings, that’s not because we aren’t good at what we do. It’s because we’re just getting started.
John Chand Personal Estate Agent is deliberately built to be a smaller, quality focused business, not a volume driven machine. That means one point of contact from the very first conversation to the day you get your keys. Not a call centre. Not a different member of staff every time you call. Me and while there is naturally even more time and focus available in these early days, the personal service at the heart of this business isn’t something that scales away. It’s the whole point.
I started John Chand Personal Estate Agent because selling your home deserves more than a listing on a portal and a board outside. It deserves honesty, attention to detail and someone who is genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for you.
